Chicago Chinese Children Club, colloquially abbreviated as CCCC, is an Illinois not for profit corporation whose core mission is, among others, to promote and nurture the Chinese culture and heritage among children in ethnic Chinese families in the Greater Chicago Area.
About 10 years ago, a group of Chinese parents, most of them first generation immigrants, came together to organize activities and learning opportunities for their children. They wanted to create a bicultural and bilingual environment for their children so that these children could be proud of their Chinese tradition and heritage. In 2016, prompted by the growth of the group, the founding and operating committee officially incorporated CCCC in the State of Illinois, and further obtained tax exemption status under Section 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code.
Now the scope of activities organized by CCCC covers child development workshops, culture and art events, and much more.
